My bachelor‘s work occupies with project documentation for building of family house with operation a vet surgery, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area of family houses on the periphery of town. My bachelor’s work evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with a new family house with veterinary attendance in the village Pstruží. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with two floors and basement. Spaces for veterinary medicine are located in the basement. Two floors are intended for occupancy 4-5 persons.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a newly built detached, two-storey, not- basement, house with an establishment - with a veterinary surgery. To the main two-storey residential part of the building, designed for a family of four adjoins single-storey double garage leading into vestibule of the living area and separate functional establishment veterinary surgery. The main vertical structures are made of porous concrete blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete, flat roofs. Simple cubic structuring and large glass surfaces give the object neofunctionalist expression.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create project documentation for a mixed-use family house in Břeclav, Slunečná street. The house is designed as mixed-use house with veterinary surgery for a family of four, it is detached house, two-storey, basement with a garage. The house is designed from the Ytong system with ETICS contact thermal insulation and the substructure form the permanent formwork BEST. The building is roofed with a flat roof. Part of the project is thermal sessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety solutions.

The content of the thesis is the construction of detached house with the establishment of veterinary surgery. It is the family house with two floor and the establishment with one floor. The establishment is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The building is constructed of structural system of lime-sand bricks (KM Beta).The ceilings are prefabricated of the prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. The flat roof is surcharged of river aggregate.
Dog Shelter with Veterinary Facilities

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. The Energy-efficient building of the veterinary surgery Hřivínův Újezd

This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the veterinary surgery, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the root cleaning plants and wetlands, its comparison and evaluation. The diploma thesis develops project documentation for building permit of the veterinary surgery building with nearly zero energy consumption. The building will be located in the village of Hřivínův Újezd. The building is designed as a one storey buiding with no basement. It has segmented L-shaped floor plan. The building is divided into two zones. Zone 1 is for the independent operation of Hospit I-III and zone 2 is for everything else (reception, surgery office, staff room..). Each zone will have its own air conditioning unit. The building will be designed to use as much nonpotable water as possible in the form of rainwater and wastewather. The foundation structure will be made of cast-in-place concrete strips. The envelope walls of the building are designed from ceramic blocks in combination with a certified mineral wool ETICS. The roof structure of the building will be cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. The building has a flat wetland roof in one part, and monopitched roof on the second part.
